Privacy Policy

Effective 19 October 2026

1. Controller

Kaloyan Simeonov Georgiev, a self-employed individual registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, Todor Kableshkov 6, 8400, Karnobat, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact for any privacy question or request: kaloyan052@gmail.com.

2. Your trade files stay on your device

Trade histories, reports, price bars and every result the Service calculates are processed inside your browser. They are not sent to us or stored by us.

3. What we do process

DataWhyLegal basis (GDPR)
E-mail address, sign-in times and the IP address recorded when you sign in To open and secure your account Contract, Art. 6(1)(b); security, Art. 6(1)(f)
Your plan, its status and end date, and the Paddle customer and subscription IDs To give you the features you paid for Contract, Art. 6(1)(b)
Messages you send us To answer you Contract or legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details and processes them as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details. Paddle tells us only that a purchase, renewal, cancellation or refund happened.

5. Service providers

  • Supabase hosts the account database and sign-in, in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), as our processor.
  • Vercel Inc. serves the website, as our processor.
  • When pages load, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from jsDelivr and the SheetJS CDN; the Paddle checkout script is loaded only when you open the checkout. These providers receive your IP address and browser details to deliver the files.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Storage in your browser

The Service stores small items in your browser’s local storage: your sign-in session, your display preferences, the challenge prices you entered and a plan you chose before signing in. They are needed for the features you use, are not used for tracking, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.

7. How long we keep data

Account and plan data are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account (account menu → “Delete account”), we delete them, except where the law requires us to keep a record. Paddle keeps its own billing records as required by tax law.

8. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to kaloyan052@gmail.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority in your country.

9. Children

The Service is not meant for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We will post any update here with a new effective date and tell signed-in users about material changes.
