Terms of Service

Effective 19 October 2026

1. Who we are

Aydeus Prop Challenge Auditor (the “Service”, available at https://aydeus.com) is operated by Kaloyan Simeonov Georgiev, a self-employed individual registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, Todor Kableshkov 6, 8400, Karnobat, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). Contact: kaloyan052@gmail.com.

2. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase.

3. What the Service does, and what it does not do

The Service is analytics software. It reads a trade history that you provide and simulates how that history would have fared under the published rules of prop-firm evaluations (“challenges”). All results are statistical simulations of your own past trades. The Service does not provide trading signals, does not manage or place trades, and does not recommend any trade, risk level, firm or product.

  • No investment advice. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument or to buy any particular challenge. You make your own decisions and carry their consequences.
  • No guarantee. Past results and simulations do not predict future results. A high simulated chance of passing does not mean you will pass.
  • Not affiliated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FTMO, Topstep, FundingPips, The5ers or any other firm named in the Service. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the rules being simulated.
  • Rules change. Firm rules, fees and limits are taken from the firms’ public pages on the dates shown in the Service and may be out of date. Always check the firm’s current terms.

4. Your data

Trade files you load are processed inside your own browser and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts

Paid features need an account, which you open by confirming a sign-in link sent to your e-mail address. An account is for one person. Keep access to your e-mail secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. You must be at least 18 years old.

6. Plans, renewal and cancellation

  • 7-Day Audit Pass: a one-time payment for 7 days of Pro access. It does not renew.
  • Pro Monthly and Pro Annual: subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” in your account menu or from the link in your Paddle receipt. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle shows the final price in your currency, including any VAT or sales tax, before you pay. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance before a price change applies to an existing subscription.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy, including the 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.

8. Acceptable use

Do not try to get around the paywall, resell or share access, copy or redistribute the software, scrape the Service automatically, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software. You keep all rights to your trade data and to the reports you generate, which you may use as you like.

10. Warranty

We build the Service with care and test its calculations, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it fits a particular purpose.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, challenge fees, lost profits or other indirect losses that follow from decisions you make, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Consumers

If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing in these Terms takes them away.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the Service or by e-mail before they apply. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

14. Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
